Trade Land in Idaho for an aircraft. Located 14 miles south of Riggins Idaho. Property is about 60 feet off of the Little Salmon river. It sits on a rock bluff overlooking "The Glory Hole" The glory hole is described as one of the best steelhead trout fishing holes in Idaho. The Dept of fish and game bought the two lots next to me. One lot south and one lot east. They are developing for public camping w/ restroom facilities for the fisherman. The actual glory hole is on BLM state land off the south east corner of my property. the BLM land borders my property on the other two sides. I was approached by the Dept of F&G on buying this parcel for continuation of their road to their lower property and declined to sell or give easements at that time. they have since come in and put a road through their other lot to the river front lot which is still approximately 300 feet from the fishing hole.
